Basic Mermaid Course

The PADI Basic Mermaid course is the first step in developing your mermaid skills. Through this course, you will systematically learn mermaid diving skills and earn your PADI Basic Mermaid certification.

Course Description

Knowledge Development Course: a theoretical course to learn the knowledge required for mermaid diving.（Basic knowledge of mermaid diving: how to put on and take off the mermaid tail, basic techniques and methods of breath holding, face-up breathing method and diving with a fish tail, etc.）

Calm Water Course: Warm up and stretching before going into the water; Preparation, donning, doffing and maintenance of equipment; Entering and exiting the water; Weight adjustment; Dolphin Kick; Safety Techniques (2 minutes floating/treading water wearing all mermaid equipment; Cramp Release); Practice of mermaid diving techniques, etc.

Mermaid Course

Calm Water Course: includes basic mermaid techniques and practice of mermaid diving techniques: weight adjustment; safety techniques - tail removal method in case of emergency; dynamic horizontal swimming with 3 techniques; mermaid exhale dive; practice of new mermaid diving techniques (backflip and turn 360°, team combination maneuvers pulling hands in the water, mermaid bubbles, and backward surface swimming), etc.

Advanced Mermaid Course

The PADI Advanced Mermaid course will help you become a princess and prince in the sea, gently swing your tail and feel the joy of swimming with the fishes in the sea, and get the PADI Advanced Mermaid Certificate.
